Full job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Manager in executing all project requirements according to the company standards ensuring that quality, health and safety policies are strictly implemented.
- Responsible for planning, coordinating and controlling our fit-out installation and delivering processes.
- Manpower management.
- Day to day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors.
- Monitoring and interpreting the design and drawings supplied by the design department.
- Conduct work inspections to ensure the compliance to drawings and specifications.
- Provide accurate project progress to the concerned departments.
- Organize workflow and workforce to meet specifications and deadlines.
Requirements:
- Experience in Joinery, fit out projects
- 1-3 years fit out experience.
